conflict error message

this is a long one...

when updating my website (www.ltfexperts.com), i am getting the following
error messages:
"Some items have changed on both the local and remote Web sites and are in
conflict." Then there is a long list of pages in the website (Ex:
architectexperts.html, cv.html, etc...) Then the error message says
"Ignoring will leave these files untouched and will continue publishing.
Overwriting will cause these files to be replaced on the destination site.
Cancelling will casue the publishing process to be stopped and these files in
conflict will be displayed." At the bottom of the message are three buttons,
Ignore & Continue; Overwrite Remote Files; Cancel. Cancel obviously stops
the process, Ignore & Continue allows the publish to be "Successful" and
Overwrite Remote Files results in another error message "Server error: Cannot
create folder "_vti_cnf" and then Frontpage says the last publishing was
cancelled.

this is causing major problems on the website. for example, i had a
customer call today saying much of the information on our website is missing
(example: www.ltfexperts.com/architectexperts.html). i can see all the
information, but i was told by this customer that some of the bios were
missing.

can anyone help with this error message or direct me as to who i might be
able to talk to???

thank you!

To get your sites in sync try setting the Publish to All pages
- then you can reset it to changed pages

Before you start clean out any web cache files that may be corrupt
Delete all *.web files in
%AppData%\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache

Thank you. I changed the setting to publish all pages, and still got the
"Server error: Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf" message. I'll clean out the
web cache files, but I don't know where that is. Can you direct me?
Thanks!

I have been receiving an error when publishing all pages. I took a screenshot
of the error. I am not sure what the error means, I have GoDaddy as a server
for the website and I also contacted them. Haven't heard from them yet.

The error is: An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors-
if authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this
server's site. Webmasters - please see the server's system log for more
detail's.

I hve had something similar and I find there is no easy way round it. I go to
the files it mentions ans resave them (just a digit different) and delete the
old one. Of course yu will need to link to the new one. Hope I am reading
