I have a form at http://www.tricitypartnership.org/mailinglist.htm

It submits the data to a txt file and then should go to a custom
confirmation page but instead upon submitting the form, a default
confirmation page appears. If I click on the link that says to return
to form, I am taken to the correct confirmation page.

I have tried setting up a new page with just a simple one text box form
and the same exact thing happens.

I have tried setting up a new page using the form wizard and have the
exact same results.

I have tried putting a / in front of the confirmation page name in the
form properties box and that does not work.

I have tried recalculating the links and reinstalling the extensions

Are there any other ideas? I see many people having the same problem
but have not seen anyone post what they did to correct the problem.

http://www.tricitypartnership.org/thankyou.htm has 2nd form - remove it
