I have set up a confirmation page and linked to it

get Front page error. Even if I take out my confirmation
page the default doesn't come up even though the form is
correctly filled in

Is this in a local web on your computer, or a published web on a server?

For the forms to work properly the web must be on a server with FrontPage
extensions installed.

It sounds like your issue may be the form itself and how it is processing the data. There are a variety of reasons why an FP form won't work

If you are using FrontPage to process your forms, your server / host must have the FP extensions installed, if you developed your form locally, how did you upload it

I would first double check with your host to make sure extensions are installed and working properly. If that is the case and you still are having problems post the url to the newsgroup so people can assist you
