Is there any way to get all the form fields from one form onto a confirmation
page without having to tackle them one by one? It is so tedious that I feel
I must be missing something and doing it all incorrectly.

Right now I do Insert > Web Component > Advanced Control > Confirmation Field

No, you have to insert each one individually or you can copy and paste and the edit each.

Thank you. That is actually very helpful. I was always too nervous to do
the copy and paste on the confirmation form fields. This will, indeed, save
a lot of time.
