Confirmation fields suddenly go blank

I have a number of forms that submit to databases, set up mostly
using the Wiz with FP2000

When setting these up I select a confirmation page on which in do the
usual Insert / confirmation field etc so that people see a page
coinfirming their selections.

Problem: These confirmation fields work fine, then suddenly they start
not working fine -- none of the entered fields show up on the
confirmation page, which of course causes people to think their data
was not entered (the data is always entered to the database ok, but it
looks to them like no data was entered)

This problem occurs with no action on my part -- I havent done
anything to the site during the time the confirmation pages go from
working to not working, so I believe it is something my hoster is
doing.

But before getting on their case, I thought I would see if there is a
known cause for this problem.
