I have not used forms with a database so I do not know if
things work differently there but...

Have you named your confirmation fields on the
confirmation form with the same name as there
corresponding field on the Front Page form? How do I do
this you say? Jot down the form field names on a piece of
paper. Right click on the confirmation field and change
its Properties.

Thanks for that info, but yes I have done that and have been successful in
the past when I e-mailed or wrote to a file. Do you think this might have
something to do with my ISP?
