Only when getting used to drag&drop folders using the *right* mouse button.

I know, but the problem is if the user accidently drag&drops a folder into
another folder they don't need to accept the move.

Well, when using the *right* button they always have to accept the move.
Just try it out.

To be more specific, the user has always to confirm the move in that case.
If he does accept, the move is not accidently. If he doesn't accept, the
move will not take place. So what's your problem?

I'm with you. It's quite easy to accidentally move a file or folder to
another location; a slight mouse movement as you attempt to double-click
a file or folder sometimes causes a move. But in most cases, pressing
Ctrl/Z will undo the move. So maybe, if that was more widely known, a
quick restore to the original condition could be made.

I agree that moving while holding down the right button it will ask you to
copy or move. But as I wrote earlier if the user ACCIDENTLY drags&drops with
the left mouse button the folder is by default moved without having to
confirm.

Train the the user to use the Right mouse button, or remove the coffee
machine from the premises.

I find the rules for whether something is moved or copied when dragging to
be confusing and hard to remember. For that reason, I always right-drag, and
recommend that others do the same.
