Hi
I recently configured WMail for one desktop/user account I have on my
computer & it works fine. However it is not working on the other desktop (user
account & both user accounts are administrator accounts).
What could be the matter & how can I fix it to work on both desktops/user
accounts?
I am grateful for help-thanks

Are you trying to connect both computers to the same email account or
to a main account and an alias for it?

If it's separate accounts, you may not have gotten all the details of
the other email account right. Ask your email provider (who is
probably also your internet provider) for their instructions for setting
up to use their email servers. If they haven't written instructions for
Windows Mail yet, use their instructions for Outlook Express but
under Windows Mail instead. The instructions are probably somewhere
on their web site. Or, you could tell us who that email provider is and
see if anyone here already knows where to find the instructions.

Define "not working."
