I have been trying to configure one of my free web based email accounts to
be usable via Outlook 2003.
I have been able to send mail but still cannot receive mail or view any of
my folders on this account. The account is a www.ny.com account so my
address would be (example) (E-Mail Removed).
Synacor.com manages this site and I have made several attempts to contact
them for help but to no avail. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advanced.

Outlook 2002 and 2003 support only Hotmail and MSN web-based mail.

You can choose "Other" as well and configure another HTTP based mailaccount
as well like an Exchange OWA URL.
