I have a question concerning the time service and child domains. I have read that if you have a child domain, it is not necessary to configure the PDC for a sntp as it will get synched from the PDC in the root domain. I have also read that you should configure a PDC in a child domain to a sntp. Which one is correct or standard practice? Thanks.
