The wizard should have automated this for you when you set up RRAS. If you
aren't using this for anything else, its easier to disable RRAS and follow
the wizard. Choose custom setup, then LAN routing.
If you are using it for other services, right click the server in RRAS and
put a check mark in the box next to router.
