Configuring Outlook for multiple users

I have just installed Windows XP Pro. I have 4 different
users (logons). I would like everyone on the computer to
be able to see the emails received.This computer is for
home use. Is this possible to do? At the moment if I
receive the emails, everyone else cannot veiw them. We
don't need personal folders for outlook. We only need 1
folder everyone can see.
