My company uses Microsoft Exchange server (i think 2003). I'm able to
configure my Outlook 2003 with my company's exchange server over LAN. But I
also want to use it over internet. I have access to my company email using a
browser. The Outlook web access address is
www.panipatrefinery.net/exchange/logon.asp.
I tried to use the feature 'Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP' and
entered www.panipatrefinery.net in the connection settings.
But it doesn't work. Please can you suggest how should i proceed.

Thanks!

Ehlo Gaurav,
This page doesn't seem to me as a standard Outlook Web Access page, thus
your company might be blocking access to OWA, instead giving you access to
some similar service.

I beleive you would have to ask your system administrator if OWA is open,
and if it is, he would be able to provide you with details (for example,
the website you entered might not be the one you need to log into OWA).

Repost your query in an Outlook- and/or Exchange-specific newsgroup, please.

Contact your IT suupport to ensure they have this feature setup, with the
proper holes punched through their firewall, etc. They can (and should)
give you the configuration settings needed if necessary/possible.
