Configuring Outllook RPC/http for remote users

We have succesfully deployed Ex2007+ISA2006 & published OWA & Outlook Anywhere.

We can configure Outllook Profiles for user in our office LAN to use MAPI as
well as RPC/http when they move outside the office LAN.

But we are facing problems to do so for remote users.
Can someone help us with a link to a doc to do so?
