I can connect using a HTTP Proxy configured under the
Conenction tab, but I'm unable to connect via a proxy
server. When I enable the NT Basic Authenticican under
the web site properties I get: "We were unable to sign
you in to .NET Messenger Service, possibly because of a
problem with the service, your Internet connection, or
your proxy settings."

Is it possible for Messenger not to use the same http
conenction as a default browser? The reason why I ask is
because it will prompt logon before you can surf and
connect the the Internet from LAN. I hope I'm making
sense.
