Configuring Inet for multiple users

I am setting up an XP Professional machine and I need
every user to have the same settings under Internet
Options and LAN Settings; a specific Automatic
Configuration Script. Is there an easier way to
accomplish this than having each person login and making
their changes. This is for a PC in a 911 center, so i
have about 50 employees that all need to be setup.
