I am using a proxy and ICS to allow a networked computer
to acces the internet thru a connection that ia have on
my computer. The other computer is trying to play a
multiplayer game on the internet, the game uses ports:

"Enemy Territory transmits and receives network traffic
on ports 27950, 27960, 27965
and 27952 using both TCP and UDP."

How can I make it that it could connect to the game
severs?

A Proxy AND ICS? Why are you using ICS if you have a proxy server?
