I wanted to use Windows Mail to send and receive my emails. I tried to
configure with my internet account but I got the undr quoteed mesage
repeatedly.

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'MSN hotmail', Server:
'hotmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E."

I appreciate to know if there may be solution from whoever had experienced
such problem.

Hotmail doesn't work with Windows Mail. You may want to download
and install Windows Live Mail, where it will work:
