Does anyone know anyway to remove all time from a calendar? I am using it
as a task calendar for our office not an appointment calendar. We also have
another shared calendar that we use to show who is out of the office for the
day.

Thanks!

Switch to a table view like By Category. You should then have no issues to
select all the entries and delete them.

Thanks for the suggestion but I can't get the private appointments to show up
in table view.

Any more thoughts?

If this is a shared calendar, then you must ask the owner of it to also set
your permissions to see Private Items.
