Configure web-based E-mail to Outlook 2007 Beta

I have an e-mail address based on the personal website I created when I
signed up for Office Live. Does that mean its "web-based" e-mail [e.g.,
(E-Mail Removed)]. If so, how do I get it into Outlook 2007 to receive
my e-mails there?
