How to Configure Virtual SMTP Service to Send Mail?

How do I configure the built-in Virtual SMTP Service to send mail via my
ISP's SMTP server?

I'm on the road, and it's a pain to reconfigure all of my mail accounts to a
new SMTP server. I'd like to configure my mail clients to my localhost
Windows XP Professional IIS 5.1 Virtual SMTP Service, and just redirect that
to the ISP for today. When I send mail to localhost, it shows up in
C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue and isn't delivered to my ISP's SMTP server.
