can`t seem to add my email accounts following the steps @ help but can`t get
it to work. any ideas

Hard to say without knowing what your mail servers are, but... if you are
using Yahoo, and have the ordinary account and not the paid one, it won't
work. To use Windows Mail or any other POP client with Yahoo, you need
either something like YPOP or to pay for the Premium service.
