i dont know how out look could be cofigured to receive and post articles on
non microsoft forums ....the server setting is quite difficult for me . Help
me how to do it

Hi,

You mean Outlook Express? Outlook doesn't do news. Simply click
tools/accounts/news tab, click add....and enter the server names, etc for
the desired groups. To get a bigger picture of the huge number of usenet
groups out there, try this link: http://groups.google.com

You don't. Outlook does not have any support for USENET.

Now if you really meant OE, then may I suggest going to a newsgroup
that deals in that program? Better support would be found there.
