how to configure failover for network cards

Hello,

I am looking for a solution that will allow the automatic failover from a
primary NIC to a secondary NIC in case primary NIC fails, or in case there
is a failure on the switch connected to primary NIC. Can anyone offer any
help or a native WIN2K solution?
