with windows 98 I was able to configure my desktop as a
web page (ie, single - click).
I seem ubable to do this with windows XP. Any
suggestions?

My Computer > Tools > Folder Options, bottom of the General tab. Not 100% but I believe you accomplish it the same way in 98.

Hello,

Right click the desktop, and click Properties.
Click on the Desktop tab
Click the "Customize Desktop" button
Click on the Web tab

Is that what you want?
