Is there a simular configuration utility as MSCONFIG for
Windows 2000?

I am searching for a startup link (.lnk) for a Corel 2000
application.

Please advise with any assistance (IT WILL BE MUCH
APPRECIATED).

Thanks,

Ken

Nope. However you can download it but you do at your own
risk. Go here if you're interested:

If you want an application to startup along with Windows in
W2k probably the easiest way would be to put it's
executable in the Startup folder (Documents and
Settings\user\Start Menu\Programs\Startup)
