i m getting the following message from the "Message Service" on Win2k
Advanced Server
the message is

from: ntmsvc on MAIL-SERVER
user:
subj.: **ADMINISTRATOR ALERT**

Configuration for device Changer0 failed. See the event log for more details
********************************************************
