Is there a way I can configure the scroll bar in Outlook 2003 to scroll the
list of messages (in the inbox and others) by grabbing the scroll box? Seems
like there should be a way. Tnx

No. Some mouse drivers scroll when you pull the slider, for others you need
to use the wheel to scroll.
