config iis, dns, dhcp, security with script...

Hi, there exist different technic to configure a windows server using
scripts. When I will create user accounts Il need to use ADSI. When I will
configure DNS it requires (well under 2000) WMI - and so on. It exist "easy"
programs like "wise installation system" or similiar for making good
Installation routines.

My question:
Does exist an universal Batch(Script)-Program, where I can configure my
server (with one script file)?
