Ini Outlook 2003 - non-exchange, I have created multiple POP3 accounts just
so I can select different email addresses to send emails (From Line)

How can I do the same using Outlook 2003 w/ Exchange (of course without POP3
accounts)? I have configured the Exchange server with multiple email
addresses in the User's profile, but I cannot find any method to access this
information when I send an email.

I want the ability to use my Exchange account to read and send emails,
without the need of multiple local POP3 accounts. One main reason for this
is for I can use these addresses when I use the Outlook Web Access Client.

You can create the POP accounts with the sending addresses you want and
disable the ability to receive with them in the Send/Receive group. Make
the Exchange server the SMTP server for the ougoing messages or, if your
Exchange server routes to another SMTP server before it hits the Internet,
use that server as the outgoing SMTP server. That's what I do.

Brian, thanks for your post, but as I specified in my original post, I am
trying to avoid using POP3 accounts. That's what I do today with Outlook
(non-Exchange setup).

I am looking for a solution based around Exchange.

The main reason for this is I want to use the Web based client. POP
accounts are local to the PC, not associated with the Exchange back end.
When you use the Web based client, you only see the Exchange back end.

Brian, if you, or anyone else, knows how to make POP accounts be known by
the exchange back end, such that the Web Base Client can use the address
information for sending, please let me know. That might be a viable solution.

What I describe as what I use is strictly Exchange. My extra accounts talk
to the Exchange server using SMTP protocols (no POP, since that's incoming),
but it allows me to choose multiple accounts. I don't think you can have
more than a single Exchange account defined in a mail profile.

Now you're no longer talking about Outlook. Ask in
