conference room scheduling

When scheduling a conference room is it possible to:
Have a picture of the room?
Limit the access to certain rooms, meaning not everyone on outlook can have
access to schedule this conference room?
Show the name of the meeting and who booked it?

Yes on all. Are you using mailboxes for rooms or public folders? Pictures
would require a custom folder home page, the others are controlled
permissions.

I am not sure, I am on the Business side not the tech side of our company.
Can you explain how to do all if mailbox or folder?
