Conference Room In-Box

An invitation was sent for a "private" meeting to a conference room in-box,
to be accepted. All other attendees received the invites, however the
conference room in-box never received it and the room never accepted the
meeting. Does it have something to do with the meeting being classified as
"private"? If not, can you think of any other reason why the in-box to the
room wouldn't receive it? The "private" meeting never showed up as tentative
on the meeting room calendar, either, but is definitely included in the list
of invitees. This caused a double-booking. We are using Outlook 2003 XP on an
exchange. Thanks.
