coneecting excel 2007 from windows 2000I

's Computer Specifications

I wish to connect Excel 2007, Access 2007 and was getting provider
error. I tried to install Microsoft patch AccessDatabaseEngine.exe,
but it is not supporting on Windows 2000, My server is of windows
2000. Plz anyone tell me how can I connect it.
