Computing FLOPS, IPS and Watts for various CPUs

I'm putting together a comparison between Intel chips produced today
and those from 10+ years ago.

I noticed that Intel just released a new version of the Xeon codenamed
"Tulsa" that uses the Netburst architecture. It runs at 3.4 ghz and is
dual-core.

I was wondering if someone knows the theoretical FLOPS it is capable
of, as well as MIPS and how many Watts it consumes.

Also, I was probably going to compare its performance to that of the
original Pentium, if you have any numbers regarding how many FLOPS or
MIPS it was theoretically capable of or how many Watts it consumed,
that would be great.

Gracias.
