I am new to computers and getting on in years and I have been reading through the newsgoups and I see a lot of threads talking about E computers can some one tell me what type they are?

Hi Ken, welcome to the site

I'm not sure what E Computers would be - a google search shows there is a company called "e computers" so it could be that. There are Eee PC's that are really small laptops from Asus, that's the only other thing I can think of

The Asus Eee PC is just a small laptop that's mainly for web browsing i think. Quite a good idea and pretty cheap.

yup ASUS EEE PC is just for net browsing and i will say it will not be appreciated by those who knows alot about computers. its cheap and handy.
