Hi all. my computer(win XP pentium4,1.8ghz) is not
responding to my commands. for exaple when I start up my
PC and then try to open IE it would not open it or any
other program, it only opens like 5 minutes later I was
thinking that it was because I din't give the computer
enough time to boot up but it wasn't it I gave it plenty
of time to start up and I get the same the computer would
not respond to when I click on any program it would show
the the hour glass as if like it's thinking and about to
open the program but the hour glass disappears and
nothing happens and then after some time it would start
oppening all the programs that I was clicking on earlier.
I think it could be happenning because I've made some
changes in my PC's settings but I'm not really sure which
and how I've changed these settings. I'm not sure where
to start looking to fix this problem I'm also not sure
how to bring my computer back to it's earlier stage
before I made the changes. I tryed loooking in help and
support but with no success. Can someone please explain
what it is that I'm experiencing and how can I set my PC
back to it's earlier stage? any help or suggestions would
