i have another computer, my brother has put a new cdrw
rom drive and changed out harddrives
cant even get to c drive/ computer was working fine till
I unplugged everything and moved it. Is it deaad??

I suggest you start a new thread with more specific information on what was done to your computer, and the specific problem you are experiencing
If it does not boot, what does happen? What does DOS have to do with this? Do you mean the black screen with messages before Windows starts
