How do I get my captured and edited movie back to
a VHS tape.

WindowsXP Home
Windows MovieMaker 2.0
Dazzle DVC 80 or 150 Analog Video Capture Card via USB

I do this in two steps - in "Finish Movie" select "Send to
DV Camera" and this records the edited movie onto your
camera tape. Then plug the camera into your VCR and play
the movie in the camera whilst recording onto your full-
size VHS tape.
I have always assumed this is the way to do it, and it
works!
