Hi,

After intalling vista my computer had been acting really wired. It turns off
by it self and tries to start. But it fails and starts again. It doesn't even
come to the boot screen. But sometimes like now it works. I don't know what
to do.

I checked my ring on in BIOS it's off.
upgrade my power supply to 400Watts
going to upgard my ati radeon 9200se to ati radeon x1650 pro.

system spec:
p4 2.80GHz
160GB harddirve
512MB DDR ram
plese help me
