My computer is stuck on

What can I type in to get it going.
Why did this happen. Hope you can help me.

What happens if you type: Exit

I suspect that you've somehow started the Command Prompt, also known as the
"DOS" window. The Exit command should close that window and get you back to
the Desktop.

If not, please tell us more about how you managed to get to this point. Is
your screen mostly white? Or mostly black?
