Computer slower than ever even after using spyware removal

My computer gets slower every day. I use ad aware 6.0 and
spy sweeper like every few hours to get rid of spyware
and adware. I even put in a pop up blocker. I did a anti
virus scan. My computer is probably gonna crash like
before real soon. Somebody please help me.
