I've been having problems with my computer shutting down on its own and the
turns its self back on. What can I do to fix the problem or can any body
give me any suggestions on this problem?

Could be heat.. Checked for proper air flow?
Could be malfunctioning hardware - done any tests for that?
What does your event log say about these shutdowns?
How is your BIOS setup to handle power outages and returns to power?
What about a preset on-time - any set in the BIOS?

Right click your My Computer icon on your desktop
select properties
select the advanced tab
select the settings button under Startup and Recovery
uncheck Automaticaly Restart and click the OK button

Now the next time the problem occures you will get a blue screen with info
about what is causing the problem instead of the computer restarting on its
own.

You will have to hit the reset button on your computer to restart it.

go to event viewer and look for dump saved massge if so you are in the boat
as me
