If you mean that the (black?) plastic frame the heatsink
clips into, has a tab broken off, you might Google for
someplace selling that frame. If it is some kind of
proprietary OEM frame rather than standard, you might need
to replace whole heatsink with one having it's own mounting
plate.

Actually it sounds like the problem is the most simple but least
obvious. How big is the power supply?
