Computer shuts down with out notice

My computer (Compaq Presario Desktop - XP Pro) will shut
down with out notice. I will be working on the computer
and all of the sudden it turns off. It seems like it may
be a hardware problem as it happens more often when I
move the box or use the CDROM or Floppy. But for the most
part it just shuts down for no reason at all.
