Computer shuts down when online

's Computer Specifications

I have a Windows XP Home Edition Computer. Whenever I go
online, I get a message box that says the computer is
going to shut down and in a few seconds it does. I
fugured it was a virus but I have Mcafee with Live Update
and it seems to be up-to-date. Any ideas?
