Computer Shut off Timer

Is there a way that I can set a timer to have my computer shut down at
certain time during the week? My system is Windows XP Professional.

I've tried many and this one is simply the best. It's easy and simple, and free.

Sorry, I missed that you want a more specific scheduler, so here's the best for that

Use the Windows Task Scheduler and have it run: shutdown.exe, for example:

shutdown.exe -s -t 00

will immediately shutdown the computer.

No sound when I start up my computer and when I shut it down I have to go to restart to start up the computer, then when it comes up I go down to start snd shut down mode then it will shut itself off.
