My Gateway PC keeps shutting down and/or giving WER messages. Then the
screen goes to DVI DIGITAL POWER SAVIGS MODE. I have tried unplugging from
the outlets and the tower. I get messsages that say system has recovered from
a serious error
BCC code EA
product 768-1

Please suggest a fix.

Take a look in the event viewer for the errors and any possible fix.
Click Start > Run, type in: eventvwr.msc and press Enter.

I'm guessing that you're monitor or graphics card don't like the settings you have
configured.

Double click on an error in the list to get a window with details on the error.
Look in the lower pane for a link to a possible solution.
