Our computer tech worked on my computer to fix the scanner
and caused a problem with one of my programs. Is there a
way I can reset my computer in Windows 2000 back to the
date before he worked on my computer?

If you did a backup, you can restore.

You might to be able to uninstall the program, restart the computer, and
reinstall the program.
