computer screen problem

i have a light blue screen showing up on one side of my computer screen my
friend thinks its the pixels but i was wondering if there was anyway to fix
it?

You need to describe your problem with a little more detail and also list
your computer parts or at least the Video Processor/Monitor and resolution
that you have it set to run as.
If this is more of a "bar" that runs from the top of the screen to the
bottom you either need to go to your video settings and double check your
resolution or you have the screen moved too much to the left and can adjust
this with the buttons on the monitor itself.
