Computer Scan Warning Message

Every time I turn on my computer, Windows Defender informs me that I haven't
run a scan in ___ days. But every time I see this, I click the "scan now"
button and Defender completes an entire quick scan in about five minutes. At
the end of the scan, it displays the summary and everything seems fine. But
this scan warning message keeps telling me that I need to scan my computer.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

Matt, surprised at no responses to this. Happens to me on a weekly basis and
I have auto scans set for everyday and they are completed. Every _ days I get
the notice that scan hasn't been run. :-(

Do you use CCleaner? If so remove the check mark for Windows Defender under
the Application tab.
